On the occasion of World Environment Day, a tree plantation programme was organised at Gunjan Ecological Park in the presence of the Commissioner of Police and other senior officers of Asansol-Durgapur Police Commissionerate. Saplings of native species were planted to promote environmental sustainability and ecological balance. Similar plantation drives were also conducted across Police Stations under the Commissionerate by OCs and ICs, reaffirming our collective commitment to a greener environment.
